It is going to happen. And it will be horrible. I have been astonished by the sheer ignorance of the population when it comes to the economic madness that the world has undergone since the GFC. To put it simply: the world learnt absolutely nothing from the GFC. And the medicine (poison) that caused the GFC was delivered as the cure for it, which was clear economic nonsense. People have borrowed astonishing amounts of money ‘on a wing and a prayer’, convinced that there was no longer any risk attached to their actions. The level of mass delusion was extraordinary, and actually very scary.
