A drop of around 27% in price just now at the lowest is excessive and a disappointment, no doubt, but technically, a price of around 15 -16 cents will place it at around the next lowest projected band envelope on a longer time period, if one cares to draw a price envelope around prices. In other words, if price stays above 16 cents at today's close, despite the sell off this morning, there is expected residual interest and support in this stock for a swing trade, imho.

It seems to me just orderly selling from those who wished to get out since it turned out badly for today's announcement. Imho, some selling yes, massive dumping, no.
