For all the over hyped predictions of D Leb that have not even been close to the mark maybe if he stopped for awhile the SP might go up.but seriously if another company was thinking of buying this company out now would be the time before this crap management issue billions of new shares .Gee if they offered 4to 5 cents they would get it most punters would run for the door.
