re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report for quar... Yeah MOG has nothing to do with MEO (tho I bet ST shareholders wish their TH had held long enough for an MEO announcement).

I personally feel that the lack of a current update to negotiations suggests the execution of agreements is imminent. Last week they said that "At this juncture, documentation is still being finalized and binding
agreements have not been executed."

Why would they not reiterate this in the quarterly like they usually do? In other words I feel that documentation might now have been finalised and agreements about to be executed. But maybe im just reading too much into it.

I know this is a quarterly so technically only relates to info up til December 31 but normally they would add a sentence or two about what has been happening in 2 weeks since given the importance of the negotiations.

Anyway, give me until Tuesday to be proven wrong.
