That's not what JH said in the interview. He said if they prove up 10% of the resource estimates then the SP should be $10-$20.
As for the Market Credibility, I think that Market *Awareness* would be a better term for what I think JH was trying to suggest.
I don't believe he would say that the market doesn't think that CTP is credible, I think he believes that the market is relatively unaware of CTP. (I recall numerous reports over the last year of ppl talking to their brokers and mentioning CTP, only to have the broker respond with a blank look).
