I think that "not" might be a typo and should read "note".

Anyway it's the Monteray that's the big prize (100 mn barrels, which is US$5bn worth of revenue at todays prices). The shallow gas, which I believe is very significant, represents a smaller portion of the value.

everyone should make their own mind up whether they want to play this or not. Don't trust me, trust your own judgement.

They have found both oil & gas. In any case gas discoveries have much better economics.
