Hi Spid, From what you have posted is ramp 5 and ramp 4 being the northern circle. Ramp 5 is usually used to blend with northern beach material as they cannot keep pbc at Tormin running with northern beach material. R5 is the closed ramp to the pbc and also where the tails are discharged. So this sand is like cable beach. Beach 10 had it's resources depleted by March last year with from memory the last 55k ilmenite shipment. Hopefully winter will replenish the Tormin beach.Very expensive to Cart material to the beach 10 pbc using 6 wheel rigid trucks with a payload of 12 tons on hourly hire. Then transport with side tippers to Tormin. Oh and where do the tails from northern beach material end up?
