Good separation by you of reasons to buy which could be one or both
Ability to set achievable deadlines is rightly an indicator of good management
Honest explanation of delays is a responsibility that comes with the setting of goals
Transparency on all matters helps to engender owner support, especially if there are delays
Could ASM have done better in either area, with transparent reporting of progress
My view is "Yes" .. (not a criticism, merely a suggestion)
