Your comment just seems a little 'small picture' is all. Sure it's dropped some (although made a bit back today), but big picture (which I assume the broker is considering) it's likely to have risen to whatever they predict. If they give a BUY recommendation with a $30 target, they aren't expecting it to hit that target the following day. Fluctuations are to be expected.
