They certainly are turning the BERGE YOTEI around in middle harbor after 2½ days at berth PH2, watching it being repositioned now ..
The length and breadth of the vessels holds they have to fill exceeds the limited deck space that the loaders are able to use . The reach of cranes also with the Rota boxes would be limited so the re-positioning and the turning of the vessel is important for achieving a constant heavy load on both sides of the ship. Last thing wanted in harbor or out at seas is a vessel turning turtle .
