He@FreedomInvestor The CR was at $3.00 (12 months ago - not 6 - no need to make it sound worse hey) and its usage was planned and highlighted. We were all given bonus issues as well although that did not work out well. Win some Loose some.
Since then, the market has been smacked, headwinds from all angles. Price has dropped to half the CR at $1.59 right now
It is an absolute ripper that we now have the opportunity to delete some of the shares on issue. This is a benefit to all shareholders. The money is not flushed away, it is reducing the shares on issue at that same value - except at a discount
I highly doubt there will be lack of of appetite for any future CR. I will be gorging myself on these, as will the board.
Sadly we have dropped around $4.00 to $1.59 a drop of 60%. Just by random example IMU has dropped from 60c to 14.25 a 76% drop. PTX has done best - I don't own them
