    Morning ALL,

Gold put in another strong performance last night with plenty more to come. Historically GOLD outshines every other asset including the US$ in times of high inflation. Lots of data and Charts out there if you are into that type of thing, to fully support this theory. The reason is very straight forward really, inflation is currently running at somewhere between 8.8/9 %, the cash rate even with the latest raise is a poultry 1.75% (using the high end), now it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that the average Joe is loosing his purchasing power under this scenario. Even if we were to stretch things out until the end of the year , factoring in all the fed rate hikes that would be a cash rate of 3/3.25 % and lets be kind to the fed and say inflation is running at 7/ 7.5 % it still leaves Joe very much underwater as regards his purchasing power. So people look to gold as they have done for centuries to protect their purchasing power. Once this movement into gold starts it quickly becomes a stampede and if you were bothered to look at the historical data it shows GOLD doubling in value at least during this phase. Another little bit of the information not directly correlated to GOLD but will be added impetus to the trend higher is that CRYPTOS have failed miserably as a store of purchasing power, just another great big PONZI scheme which still have a long way to fall.

FFX will be producing 200,000 ounces of gold very soon and the profits will be rolling in, conservatively between $2000/$3000 per ounce is very doable in the not too distant future.....................................................................so..................................................................

HOLD THEM TIGHT PEOPLE..................................................AND WE HAVE 20% OF LEO IN OUR BACK POCKETS AS WELL..YUM , YUM

    All imo and DYOR
    Regards
    FINN
