So should company's announcements be worded so that a broad section of the investing community can accurately comprehend them or should they be worded in an industry technical jargon that only the technical experts can comprehend? This is my question. My assertion is the company should try to be unambiguous to the broad investment community, they have a responsibility to ALL their shareholders. I am very pissed off, though I sold only half my holding because I did not fully comprehend the significance of the announcement.
