    50mil cash for only 1 out of 7 project which is 4 times the market cap. Very low risk and high reward and still getting slammed. Like what can you invest in right now that can give you higher margin.
    I don't know how higher or lower inflation is going to effect companies like BOA, MRQ or IXR which this is what the future is going to be heading toward to.
