I'm a finance guy, rather than a technical guy - I've got a background in data analysis for financial fraud.
But I checked the Moby data with technical guys who work in the industry, and I paid a lot of attention to those views.
I also read quarterlies very very carefully, and if you read the Moby announcements, you'll see that they've said very little that could nail them at ASIC etc, if it later turns out that Moby is indeed a field that is too tight to be commercial.
