    Good to hear!

    Was still very active in gym (5x/week) and TBH, not that far off my PBs
    • Deadlift before Covid was sets of 5 with 180kg
    • Bent Over T-Bar Row was 8 reps x 3 with 100kg
    • Bench Press before Covid were 3 sets x 10 reps with 140kg
    • Inclined Bench before Covid 8 reps x3 with 150kg
    • Squats before Covid were sets of 10 reps x3 with 150kg
    • Leg Press before Covid sets of 8-10 reps with 360 kg on sled
    • Curls before Covid were sets of 10x 3 with 25kg dbells
    • Crunches - 3 sets x 40
    • Pullups - struggled due to shoulder but b/w 5 reps 5 sets

    Goodness knows what Ill get when I go back next week
