Stuart, high 8 low 9 is weak imo at this stage. SP has been hovering around 10.5 for a long long time now. I have plenty of shares at this stage at an average of 11, but will top up on weakness to average down.
Don't think it will get down to these levels as BFS is due soon and investors will start to wake up to this great story that will unfold over the next 12 months or so.
The thing is I guess you need to be in this before the story unfolds to get full benefit and before all the brokers and media are over this. Happy to hold.
