The options get conerted by the company once you pay them the appropriate amount of money. The conversion usually takes a while (a few days-weeks) so this is why they are so much in the money. People dont expect the heads to stay this high, due to the day trading activity, by the time it takes to convert and therefore have discounted the oppies.
