Some resto & cafe can close... not all... that's exaggeration.Then the new resto & cafe one will come.... it's been going like this in the past 100 yrs.

I agree with you, but they are zombie businesses, OK in the good times, when things turn sour and a lot go broke along with their hopes and dreams, then when thing come good again another person is lining up for the same treatment

Restaurants and cafes rely on the excess of their customers wallets, so now that interest rates, food, and petrol head north, that is what is going to get priority over any restaurant or cafe
