And I think that having a public face for the CEO should be a priority in the context of succession planning when overlays the longer term strategic plan for AAU (building a significant Cuba focused miner over a period of 5+ years) against the age of BJ. It's been great to see Chris in some presentations recently, but when one looks at this company there are probably two big risk factors perceived by the market - Cuba, which we have all discussed here, and that of the "one (ageing) man band". They are addressing the first to an extent in their communications, but much of the perception around Cuba is out of their hands in the context of world events, but the second factor is definitely something they can address.
