As I mentioned in a post a while ago, DP is the 'leader' of this organisation. A true leader works for and does the best for his team, not for himself. A true leader would do everything in his power and try his utmost hardest to get the share price as high as possible prior to the option expiry date. He and the Company have failed to do this. They have conducted "Business as Usual" which in my view is not displaying leadership. He is shuffling his cards around and doing what is best for him and him only. He conducts BAU yet reaps a huge reward for 'services rendered' to the Company.
He is a leader by name only, not by his actions. I would not want to be in the trenches with him!
