agreed, everyone seems to of forgotten this is deal no.1 of many more potential deals and royalties which they have specified may happen in Q1 2010, if this is what happens on one deal imagine how it will react if they secure another 2 and then another, etc. etc.
in the mid to long term this will pay off very nicely IMO.
