My take
My first take is that TK had a massive weekend. Low energy, low enthusiasm, low care.
What springs to mind is he is victim to 'Manchuria Candidate' syndrome. The Pfizer guys have got to him.
TK discussed about risky this company is - funny how this is the first time I've heard of this from management. Before now it's all beer and skittles. 'we don't need capital' I've heard just weeks before a raise. Why do we get warmed now?
My final thoughts after hearing some unconvincing rationale, is that I feel that the board have instructed the sell, and TK is towing the line. The cognitive dissonance is obvious. If he was hooked to a lie detector, it would've blown to smithereens.
100% the company is dusted, the only rabbit may be another bidder to make us tip our hat, and say, good sir
