Was WESTOZ the seller of the 12,000,000 today ?

Note, instructed not to disseminate the Top20 list, hence why I haven’t posted it.
Quick question….having seen the Top20 shareholders as of yesterday (midday, so not including pocket money that went through after 4pm), something strikes me as really odd.
Kingsgate has TWO substantial shareholders in Citicorp Nominees (above 10%) and BNP Paribas Noms Pty Ltd (DRP) (above 5%), and both were below 10% and 5% respectively when I checked a month ago…. SO WHERE WERE THE TWO FORM 604s?
Is there a reporting exemption or waiver that I am unaware of? I can’t see how this could be accidental or oversight. I think Gymjunky right is on the money and we have a low-ball takeover coming our way. Why do these massive trades in the adjust right on the close? So they can claim they aren’t crossed trades between related entities, it’s an arm’s length transaction. This is just a share transfer between related entities, and given we haven’t had two Form 604s (and most definitely should have)….nothing “Sus”! Move on, nothing to see here!
