Come to think of it someone once mentioned the Pivacs never wanted to be public listed in the first place, their hands were forced when they couldn't get the funds to get their idea off the ground. As a result they might have this disdain for shareholders, and likely regard the same shareholders as leaches out to make money off their invention.
