Logic eems to be hard to understand these days with the question of why would you sell SAR now? Last night Gold was up and it's stabalized around the $1150 range. We are currently producing and the put options look like a great hedge at a higher price for a large part of gold produced. The only way is up as the cash begins to flow in and pay debt. Hell, we may even get dividends in a year or so.
Just curious to understand why, with buy Orders double that of Sells, the sellers give in and are taking the lower bids? This SP should be up 2% today?
Is there some weird strategy of these sellers I'm not understanding? Nature of the market I suppose!
Just need the money I guess or taking profits. Why talk profits on a falling SP though when the company has just begun a new era?
Cheers
