Thank you for your considered response. What exactly is the obvious manipulation that you see? Cross trades? Blocks? Specials? Do you just look at the lit central order book and the course of sales and just point and cry manipulation? It is so obvious that not a single charge laid!
Yes there was that crazy HC poster that engaged in pump and dump with multiple accounts creating a false sense of liquidity in some penny dreadfuls. If there is institutional scale manipulation happening on a regular basis, I'm confident that a snapshot of the central lit order book and the course of sales does not reveal it. Put up some real actual evidence beyond repeating the mantra that "everyone knows it happens"... that isn't evidence.
