We don't know, it will take as long as it takes. We still haven't been sent a prospectus yet, so we don't even know the agreement.
It could be months.
Who knows, we aren't trading, so there's nothing to do but wait. HNR will come out the other side a different entity, ready to recycle batteries in Europe. I think it will be worth the wait.
