The link was to the case list for that day and the instructions were for the Austpac matter only because each case listed for phone hearing has a unique ID number, so the instructions for phoning in probably won't be relevant for future hearings. The case was referred to a judge for hearing and will then likely go through procedural steps before a hearing day is set. Whether it is heard over the phone or in a court I think would be up to the judge to decide. And BT6487 is correct, the estimate is one day for the hearing.
The solicitor for Austpac told the court that the case was about S1322 Corporations Act, here's a link to that section if people want to read it, http://www5.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/num_act/ca2001172/s1322.html .
You can check how the case is proceeding and see any orders by searching the Court Registry ( https://www.fedcourt.gov.au/online-services/federal-law-search )
I had decided not to post the result of the hearing just to see if the company would "provide timely updates" as they announced they would, maybe they're working on the announcement right now......
