US$475k salary plus US$100k sign-on plus US$100k bonus for only 6 months.
With the market cap at $50M, the new CEO is taking almost 2% (or close to $1M).
Imagine if an ASX200 was offering 2% market cap for the top dog’s salary/bonus????
This is a general statement, I wish base salaries were more reasonable and the really lucrative bonuses were tied to increasing the share price.
