A glowing endorsement from the SA government to basically give away 50 - 70 million dollars worth of infrastructure for a buck, at least for the life of the 30 - 40+ year life of the project.
If the markets can stabilize to some degree, we should start to creep up a bit in anticipation of the offtake agreement with Daelim. It's certainly taking some time, but a lot of money is on the line and there is a process.
An extension would be diabolical, but I'm quietly confident they'll nail this, the relationship with the Koreans appears to be on a strong footing..
