It is obvious that they are working on consolidating the project into one entity - those are tricky negotiations- prone to a lot of jockeying- Not exactly the kind of thing you can declare publicly and something that one can put on an open and shut timeline.

If you don't think lithium is not worth it or you think the project is a POS then get the hell out. Or stick to the reason you bought the stock in the first place and be patient and wait.
