The quote from capmetals is correct but your post said 4.2M "and another" 1.2M, the above just says "and".
FYI reserves are the portion of the resource that has been proven up to be economic mineable. A company will always have less reserves than they do resources, because not all of the resource is economically viable at that point in time (however resources are often converted to reserves over time as more drilling/modelling/changes to pit occur etc).
