"i think they had alot of fracturing problems...blockages etc.maybe they thought its too problmatic and put risk vs rewards, and come up with it might be better to spend up in other areas "

Oh yes there certainly were a lot of disappointments with those SELH gas wells. Even JH 3-13 that seemed to flow so strongly at first certainly suddenly petered out after just a few months production.

So yes I am sure that Mark Freeman saw that it was better to have the money in the bank by selling off the 50% interest in SELH to SGY than to stay in the hope that SGY would get them working or find more.

I think one of the drawbacks with those SELH gas zones are that they are relatively thin layers and can become depleted relatively quickly despite their initial promise.
I mean the zones that SGY has managed to get flow from now in JH 2-13 and 3-13 are indicated as "thin" sands.

I'm not so sure that we still have the SGY shares either now. Got a feeling they may have been given the flick to get the cash also. Probably didn't need to announce it. Could be wrong. Will perhaps see from the Quarterly.

Good to hear you have taken the plunge and taken up your Rights. I think it could be a good move. I am hoping so anyway.
    While I breathe I hope !

I do take some very big breaths at times mind you !!!!!
