Public service is all about life balance, gender diversity, general diversity, getting your pronoun's in order, IDAHOBIT day, Pride day, harmony day, white ribbon day, earth hour/ lunch, RUOK, meetings, cake, all staff forums, training course's, survey monkey survey's, talking about world ending climate disasters....by the time they get through all of that horse shi% there isn't much time for PEPR's let me tell you....they'll get to it eventually
If you think I am joking I'm not...that's the VPS at least and I doubt it's much different in SA. The public service is literally the twilight zone
