The image that some Aussies have of life in the Phoenix metro area would be hilarious, if others weren't literally betting their house on the success of a company hiring 300 people to work in a building with 20 parking spots.

The former tenant of the building had anywhere from 4 to 50 employees, depending on what source you use. They went out of business, probably with fewer employees. Since they were probably open close to 80 hours a week, they didn't have more than 15 employees at a time, and the 20 or so marked spaces was usually adequate for them and for customers. After installing equipment, AZL won't have room for more than 20 employees (not to mention, enough money for their payroll).

The Phoenix metropolitan area covers four times as much land as the Melbourne metropolitan area. Don't be dense, when it comes to realizing the difference in density.
