Fact: if the result is positive, Pfizer will increase the offer to 20.7c.
If the sleepcheck can gain FDA, won't this add extra cents to the offer? Surely an FDA approval means something.
If the revenue is good which Tony has implied that, won't it mean something as well?
I fail to see 20.7c as a fair value as the independent export won't have those facts when he completes his evaluation.
