I don't believe it was strategic in the sense that it was to mitigate risks (EV or otherwise). Strategic more in the sense that there was an identified "strategy" to reduce the portfolio size, favouring high quality metropolitan properties and reducing regionally.
A one-off sale or purchase outside of a broader strategy I would consider operational. Anyway, I feel like this is splitting hairs, perhaps.
I will try to find in one of their reports where ev transition is mentioned. Can't remember exactly the wording, but for my benefit it would be good to revisit. I seem to recall a broad statement about working with lessees to provide facilities in the future.
