Also, the fed gov. is due to sit next month, this should make things a little clearer as to their intentions for carbon trading, ETS etc.

Def a big year ahead, just hope the Yanks and Chinese make their intentions known with carbon reduction to spur on our Gov. to make some changes.

It will happen but may take some time.
