Everyone focused on Steve leaving and ignoring that the whole BOD is being replaced as well. Do we really think that if this was just an issue with Steve they would remove the BOD as well? may just be this was always planned and a shift to a North American base for the CEO and BOD is better aligned to customers, investors, NASDAQ listing etc...
