Farm in - 50% of the drilling cost for 35% of the shares as it is highly unlikely that bidders will up their bids seeing this non confidence with these boards through its sp just after "highly competitive" CR. Very likely that these guys wont offer anything more than that for a wildcat out in Zimbabwe with actually nothing material done.
My theory is that farm ins are all just bluffs and Ivz is gonna end up drilling on their own because no one would provide that much money for wild 10% chance of drilling tbh
