Based on your assumption that the share price of URF is $.30. The maximum that URFPA are 'worth' under the maximum 205 share rule is:
.30 X 205 + 6.30 (2 dividends) = $67.80
Your 100 shares would get you no more than 20,500 URF shares.
No-one can tell you exactly how many URF shares you would receive as the price of URF at the time of conversion will determine that (I believe). The higher it is, the fewer shares you will get. But if it goes too low, you will get a maximum of 205 per URFPA share
This is why URFPA share price is loosely tracking the URF share price
