I do have one question given its a $42b prpject I'm assuming that there are a huge amount of oil and gas companies and others "clinking glasses" inside the tent. How do they choose which company to simple give the rest of the work to (say $41b now)? Is it the size of the delegation inside the tent, or the quality of the champagne?

$41b worth of contracts (even though some would have to be sub contracted out) would have a significant effect on the share price im speculating.
