Proposed EGM and VOTE THEM OUT, page-7

I didn't get a response to this on the other thread, but I an still interested in the mechanics of throwing out the BOD:

Genuine question here. There has been a lot of talk about spilling the BOD at an EGM. Can someone with experience in this scenario tell me what happens if that is done? Where does the new board come from? Who are they? Who appoints them/votes them in? If they can be voted in at an EGM, wouldn't you need them to be lined up before the EGM? How can we SHs magic up a new BOD with the experience and industry knowledge needed to take the technology forward?
