You see it a fair bit when insto's need to rebalance there portfolios every quarter. EG, they may have a bit too much tech stocks, or resources, so need to rebalance their books to suit their criteria. Which is interesting as this sector hasn't been that strong in recent quarters. Not like energy or mining where you would thing they are over balanced if they were strongly in the trending sectors.
If they're doing it from the one account then that's confusing.
