We only have a population off 26 million , and seem to be peaking here in the west ( building wise) , where you guys have a population off 366. I’m surprised how much it costs to build a house in Miami, with Lumber.
Is air con popular in the States? They seem too think that brick built houses, are like living in a sauna.
