No I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is who will be paying for the 15% WI whilst arbitration is running?

Yes it was painful and very long and is the reason why I'm trying to get some here to do some research on what/how long arbitration takes.
The similarities are there.
FAR believed their pre eptive rights had been trampled yet arbitration found there were no pre emptive rights in a share sale....even though the JV clearly stated there were pe rights.
Both French based and both in ICC Paris.
The relevance has zero to do with it in reality.
ICC arbitration takes years not weeks or months.

I have no doubt AVZ will trade. FAR and WPL traded whilst in arbitration but the project in Senegal was put in to a holding pattern for over 2 years and FID only came once WPL knew the decision of arbitration.
