I wonder what happened to the options that expired two days before he ceased being a director? They were worth net $870,000 to him, on the day of expiry.
Maybe he couldn't afford to convert them, so he wanted to sell shares so he could convert, he wasn't allowed to by the board, there was a bust-up, and now he's gone? Just a theory.
