If you would have done some reading, you would have been able to find out that the IGF in the DRC has ordered no Dathcom shares have been, or can be transferred.

So the owner of the 15% Dathcom shares is not Zijin, but Cominiere.

Guess what? Cominiere (or the DRC 90% owner of Cominiere, the remaining 10% is owned by the DRC state super fund) is still owner of 25% of Dathcom.

Cominiere is still licking their lips after the free mars bars.
