I brought in for the arbitrage @ $1.265 some time ago, purchasing more than I generally would for a single stock (given security from the bid). Now that IO stocks have generally gone up by more than the premium offered, I'll be posting off a no vote - as I'm not particularly worried about the price movement if it's voted down. I might get a nasty surprise, but I can't see it happening that way.
